Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Due to the nature of our product and proprietary design, we don’t except any refunds or returns.
Warranty
We offer a 90 day limited warranty on workmanship and parts. Wire is excluded. Any damage or misuse, over power etc, will not be covered.
To be eligible for Warranty, your item must have a non tampered security seal.
To complete your warranty, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your warranty return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your warranty claim.
Warranty returns
To return your product, you should contact us by email for instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
